Satellite began in 1975 through the efforts of a group of family child care educators interested in offering quality care with the support of the City of Madison. In 2000, Satellite merge with Reach Dane and continued offering services to family child care programs in Madison and surrounding areas. Today, Satellite offers accreditation and quality improvement services to family child care programs throughout Wisconsin.
